Even though Sujeet is a well-known actor in the Marathi film and television industry, he has faced several hardships to get to this position. Suicides by many struggling and well-established actors show the dark side of this industry. On this topic, Sujeet says, “When one enters this industry, there exists no Godfather-like Yash Raj; whereby attending a few workshops, you achieve an opportunity to act in their movie. The phases of struggle, depression, and anxiety are bound to arrive, and one should be ready to overcome that phase. If possible, they must enjoy and learn from it as well. “

Despite such a diverse portfolio and immense work in theatre, short films, advertisements, and many others, Sujeet still does not consider himself a position where he has achieved a lot. He considers himself very small in the industry and has a long way ahead in acting.
