Money can’t buy
Money can’t buy is a poem by Sailee Brahme. The poem gives an insight into how we have failed to realize that there are indeed things that Money Can’t Buy!
Nostalgia and memories
Dreams and reveries
Hope that never dies
Joy overflowing from the eyes
A kiss from a child
A stroll in the wild
Putting flowers in your daughter’s braid
Assuring your son that bruises and scars will fade.
Learning bird calls and whistles
Making giant soap bubbles
Counting colors of the rainbow
A big bonfire and hot cocoa.
Vivacity and empathy
Enthusiasm and compatibility
Purity of thought and peace of mind
Perseverance and faith of every kind
A healthy body, a beating heart
A meaningful life till you depart
You may be rich
You may want to give it a try
But there are some things money just can‘t buy.
