Mudit Pathak – My Story
I come from a tiny district known as PILIBHIT in Uttar Pradesh and belong to a middle-class family. I Have done my schooling at LITTLE ANGELS SCHOOL.
Currently in the second year of my college at Shaheed Bhagat Singh evening college, Delhi university. My mother’s name is Geeta Pathak, and she is a teacher by profession. My father’s name is JITENDRA KUMAR PATHAK. He owns a canteen in my school.
I got inspiration from my grandfather to do something different in my life. So when I was in my first year, I did two internships under the UIDAI government of India and the GAIL government of India. After that, in my second year, I established my own event management company by PLAN_IT_4U, registered under India’s government, India’s first event management company to have only youths.
We have worked with Nasruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapoor, Geeta Dutta, reality show fame celebrities, etc. The mission vision behind this firm is to provide part-time jobs and internships to all the college-going youths to get them in touch with the corporate world and help them become financially independent and learn practical things. With this, we have impacted 1000+ youths have a team of 100+ interns under us which keep on fluctuating.
Then I established ARTISTIC_BYNATURE, India’s first and biggest artistic community to support, appreciate, promote, motivate, inspire artists. With this organization, we have done 1000+ events nationally & internationally, helping artists. We have organized the world’s first Instagram live session on world dance day with 15+ dancers through this organization.
We also have organized India’s most significant talent hunt event in this lockdown. The mission vision of this community is to empower artists as in this globalized society. Parents don’t support art and artists, so we support, appreciate, motivate, and help all aspiring artists and help them pursue art as their passion and profession. To date, we have impacted 10,000+ artists across the nation.
Then I established THEYOGI_GANG ( YOGI:- YOUTH OF GLOBAL INDIA), which is India’s most prominent youth empowering the community to help youths to get practical aspects of life, we give seminars, sessions, and workshops in different schools & colleges to spread practical knowledge and to give the youths a practical mindset.
Our mission vision is to empower youths, help them be with an entrepreneurial mindset. We got the youths to develop and learn practical skills knowledge, such as ENTREPRENEURSHIP, PERIOD EDUCATION, SEX EDUCATION, MENSTRUAL HYGIENE, etc. We guided them not to be just a career mule, not just running after jobs but to create jobs and be employers, not just employees.
In this lockdown, we organized the world’s first two days of the Instagram live session by #changemakers with 15+ speakers from all across the world. We also have a chapter under the PERIOD movement to spread awareness regarding period education in the country.
WE ALSO ORGANIZED YOUTH TALKS ON INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY, A 7 DAY INITIATIVE.
Then I established BHARAT_GIRLUP, an initiative under UNITED NATIONS FOUNDATION along with PRANJUL TYAGI, who is my constant motivation & inspiration. We organize different campaigns for spreading awareness regarding women empowering equality at large, working for equal rights of women, men, and LGBTQ community people.
We have organized India’s largest online debate competition by VAKTAVYA, which was an international event.
ON INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY, WE ORGANIZED A 3 DAY ONLINE VIRTUAL LIVE SESSION,
I also have achieved many awards and recognitions. Few of them include KARMAVEER CHAKRA GLOBAL YOUNG LEADERS FELLOWSHIP & REX KARMAVEER CHAKRA AWARDS AFFILIATED BY UNITED NATIONS FOUNDATION, Winner of India’s glorious young achiever’s award, Winner of literoma young achievers award 2020, etc.
