Utkarsh Saxena was born in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. His father, Mr. Atul Saxena, is an IPS officer. His mother, Mrs. Alka Saxena, is a homemaker, and his younger brother Ujjwal Saxena is preparing for a career in Artificial Intelligence.
Utkarsh Saxena did his schooling at Dr. Virendra Swaroop School and Jaipuria School, followed by SPSEC in Kanpur, then St. Francis and CMS. School in Lucknow. He had to change schools during his childhood as his father’s profession demanded frequent transfers.
He pursued his B.Tech. from Jaypee Institute, Noida, followed by an MBA from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. He moved to Pune to prepare for the Bank PO Exam from Mahendra’s Education Private Limited and got selected in 2019.
A very different thing about Utkarsh was that he was very spiritual from an early age. He learned ‘Reiki’ in class sixth and started to read about Lord Buddha and Lord Krishna. He was always found with a spiritual book during his school and college days. It changed his attitude towards life and taught him the importance of gratefulness and humility.
Because of his learnings from the spiritual books, contributing to society was a natural progression for him. He tries to extend his hand to anyone in need and feels upset when he sees someone struggling in life. Utkarsh joined The Art of Living Foundation in the year 2013 by doing the Happiness program where he learned Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing technique with many benefits in one.

Post that, Utkarsh Saxena continued his journey on spirituality by doing an advanced meditation program with DSN( Divya Samaj Nirmaan), Sahaj Samadhi Dhyaan, Spine Care program, YLTP (Youth Leadership Training Programme), Sanyam, and many. Utkarsh is also trained in Anthropology from Landmark Forum, California.
He started his social work by serving people via The Art of Living Foundation as a volunteer. He volunteered towards society by providing business opportunities to those who needed it. He helped interested students complete computer courses and earn for themselves using their skills. It ended up shaping the lives of many youngsters.
To date, he has provided business opportunities to more than hundreds of students. Utkarsh has helped resolve many fears, relationship issues, and divorce cases of people. His patient and wise counseling has brought smiles to many people’s faces. He also runs his own YouTube channel through which he shares his insights and knowledge.
But things weren’t always simple for him. Utkarsh had to face criticism in the form of a few responses like, “Focus on yourself first.” While many would consider this as unsolicited advice, Utkarsh never felt terrible about it. He saw care and love behind such remarks. Another challenge he faced was the issue of getting too attached to his social work. One often has to accept defeat, and sometimes, one cannot contribute to someone’s life even if one wants to. He learned this the hard way.
Despite such challenges, he never let himself land into self-doubts or in a quitting mode. Instead, he feels that such remarks and the challenges he faced taught him leadership skills and transformed him into an understanding and empowering leader. Utkarsh is inspired by Lord Buddha, Lord Krishna, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Sri Sri Ravishankar, and his inner voice. He also loves to read and listen to various philosophers like OSHO, JD Krishnamurthy to know more about life.
Utkarsh Saxena is currently working as an ‘Assistant Manager’ in an Indian Bank in Lucknow and being a life coach and a writer. After the busy hours of his office hours, he takes out time to reach out to people, help them heal, teach meditation, give guidance, and learn something new to help others. He is presently under a training program to become a yoga teacher.
Utkarsh Saxena has a message for everyone reading this story. “Take out time for serving others and the society. It will not only bring happiness to you but also teach you a lot more about life. The act of helping others will bring a divine expansion within your soul. Service towards people and society will make this world a better place.”
